Hi midpalconsult,
Prepare it yourself. Its not hard. Open new file in excel – column should be –
Asset or property no. ( some companies use this as a database. If previously not given then you should start giving and stick the label on the Asset), Asset purchase date- Asset Description ( Model No, All features),
Amount (In which all details should come just like basic amount, taxes, discounts,
Purchased from ( Vendor Name, Address, Phone number),
Warrnty/gurantee if given, Location ( Where is that Asset- for Ex. Godrej cupboard – location- director room)
Next to all those column – another side of the sheet – column should be-
Issue Date, Whom to Issue, Return on date ( When employee left he should submit the assets to the office), Newly issued to. Date ……
This is the rough info you can develop it as per your requirement

Nice Information by Madhuri about Fixed asset register, really we can consider the aforesaid points while preparing F.A registers.
