Please subscrible to Labour Law Journal for the suceeding year you will get a diary and statutory compliance sheet free of cost.

This suggestion is given because there are so many acts in vogue and you have not specified which industry you belong to.

Also, i belong to Hotel industry, are there any other useful HR/ Training journals which we may subscribe to be in touch with all the statutory updations.

I want to update on following points also
1) Statutory formalities required for new plant
2) Plant location in Bihar , Plant is edible oil processing unit , refinery unit
3) Any licence and insurence cover which are necessary to get
4) Before production whether factory licence taken formalities are necessary
please advice.

Dear,

Statutory menace complete as per legal point of view, i think all the visible contain (Compliances) are basic things to keep away you and your company from wings of law.

if you want you can refer other contains also as per your requirement.
