Advice on career
Dear seniors i am an mba hr major & marketing minor graduate. i want to be part & parcel of hr team in a reputed company. please advice me how do i get appropriate job in hr. my main questions : list s it mandatory to start a job with consultancy in hr as recruiter for fresher fresher as hr or do companies hire hr freshers also. list also want to know that i have around total 2 years of experience in admin & riskcomplianceadvisory division. are companies not counting this experience when i apply for hr jobs is this experience completely ignored & not considered. list lease also advice how can i start working as freelancer recruiter & check the viability of these jobs or how can i start working as freelancer consultant in recruitment. thanking you all in advance for your advice & suggestions it would be really a great help for my career. regards saggisd
Do not hire list
I was informed by hr of one reputed companyacc that one of my company is in their no hire list so they wont offer me.my first comapny is fake now what is this do not hire list and whether this list is shared with other company and how they will effect my prospect in other company? even if i remove my first compny then everything will be fine or not?mans reapply etc thanks
Onroll employees vs consultant
Hi. we are a network wireless engineering companies.we have a total employee count of 250.all the junior level say 170 employees are b.tech telecom engineers and doing field work. 60 staff are sr.engineers and team leadproject manager and and rest 20 are support function. now the concern is that all the 170 employees are on consultant mode not contract we pay them monthly fee of x amount and deduct 10 tds on the fees.they dont have any facilities from the company. and rest 80 are on the rolls of the company.these 80 are having their as applicable and lwf and are covered under all the benefits the company is providing.so around 70 of the strength are in consultant mode and rest 30 on rolls. list1 what statutary requirement we should take care of all the 170 staff? is having more emp on consultant mode than onroll a problem? should there be any ratio between both the employees what all benefits we can pass to 170 employees? lease suggest and guide me on the abve points regards
