Dear all,
I am given a task of designing questionnaire for CEO of a company to get his perception on employee engagement whereby we can get information regarding gaps in perception of employees and CEO and thus try to bridge the gap with action plan. Please suggest me ideas to go about this and parameters i should focus on to get relevant information.
