Dear Friend,

Greetings!

Instead of going for work through net, if u have Exp in HR Recruitment (IT & Non IT) you can look for FREELANCER RECRUITER. You can search this in NAUKRI,MONSTER,JOB STREET.

If u have any queries, feel free to ask.

Hi Manju,

Freelancer mens, you can do the another job (related to your field) simultaneusly with your current job, like you are having an experience in Admin/Reception you can start freelancing in recruitment, or can start any bpo project or data project from home also. That is true that you will find the problems if your communication is poor but dont worry it will be slowly improve, read english newspaper on a daily basis or watch english news channels.

Feel free to ask for any clarification.
