Yes, the presentation slides also describe four-level evaluation (Kirkpatrick Model). I think there is an urgent need for Training Specialist to focus on measuring level 3 and level 4 of their training activities. Unless we do so, the effectiveness and impact of training will remain 10 or 15 %. Empirical findings show that most training programs only contribute to max 15 % of employee performance.

Excellent Presentation,.. must say... And I absolutely agree with the fact that there needs to be a method to evaluation, so that training becomes a meaningful contributor to every organisation. Currently, most of the trainings are done on an ad-hoc basis, and their evaluation is at the most left to feedback and knowledge test. The business impact and overall organisational growth by way of training is necessary to be captured to understand the effect.

Dear Readers,
The Presentation on measuring ROI is v.good and apt to today's organization needs and also to the Leadership team which sometimes feel that Training is more of a paid holiday and also a motivator for employees.
