Can anyone help me in understanding the workers grading system in any manufacturing organization? i am working for a manufacturing company and we have 3 grades for workers skilled semiskilled and unskilled. some times i have talked to some managment professionals regarding wrokers' dissatisfaction over their nonpromotion. some has suggested to keep as it is and just pay some hike in the salary. some has advised for creating more grades. i am confused what to do. hence would request all of you to put your valuable comments and experience regarding workers' grading along with the merits and demerits for the same. with kind regards nasir
