Dear Sir,
I have not got the Pan card, but have a pan number.
My native is from Madhya Pradesh, currently working in Bangalore.
I have applied for my Pan Card for almost 4 years back from my native, i dint got the Pan Card till now, But on the income tax website I got my Pan Card no. whn I search on with my date of birth, and name i get the Pan Card No. I also have the acknowlegement slip with me.
I thought it might take some time to reach at my home address, but till now I have not got the PAN CARD, and due to lack of time and information I could not do anything till now.
Please suggest me how to go ahead and solve the problem and what would be the next procedure and what all the documents will be required to apply for a duplicate pan card.
Thanks and Regards
Pawan

you can write to the Income Tax department giving your PAN number and copy of the acknowledgement stating that you have not got the PAN card till date.
It might have been returned as undelivered.
They would dispatch it your current address or guide you how to get it.
Hope this would help you.
Thanks & Regards,
Avika
