My company was established in 2007 in Gurgaon with the employee Strength of 15. Now are planning to get the company register in Punjab shop & commercial establishment.
Kindly guide me whether we have to get it registered from the back date. and what are forms required for registration.

it is mandatory to register your company under Punjab Shop & Commerical Establishment Act if not a manufacture unit, which extended to haryana. You need to register the same from the date of its inception.
or from this year if you can able to show that you have started operation in this years only.

you need to register your est ,since the date of its inception as per your records and for that you need form f and b for RC(registration certificate) duly signed by ur company along with rubber stamp and get it submitted for haryana region at sec -17,bays building 1 floor,chandigarh.
