Printed Salary/wages slips are available on city book-sellers who keep the Factories Act related records. You may also go through Minimum Wages Rules of your State for the format of wages slip.

I am supposed to sbmit a summer report on Offer Letter. I hereby attach a letter with reference to the same. We are asked to write the offer on a unique node. I have attempted to make the same on the lines of a Game. Please read the same and give suggesttions and feedback so that i can prepare the final letter.
