Its important for u to first understand the job profile of the respective accountant based on his job description and accordingly determine wat aspects are related to his job and try to go deep into it to thorough ur understanding.
I would suggest u to first understand the working of an accountant, his duties, responsibilities, and every little aspect associated with his working. This will help u to work and decide upon the standard parameters.
