Hi, I believe yes. As the services are rendered in India it is a taxable service in service tax. Warm Regards, Ca Vikas Goel

Hi,
If they are realy to pay service tax than charge on the gross amt. If not then pay on the net amount. E.g. If decide concultancy fess is Rs. 100 and if they are ready to pay then 100 + 10.3 (service tax) = 110.30 on the invoice and if they are not ready to pay service tax then, 100/110.30*100 = 90.66 will be ur consultancy fees and (100 - 90.66) = 9.33 would be service tax payable by you.
Warm Regards,
Ca Vikas Goel
