Hello All

Actually I want to know HR practices in the following areas which makes the culture of HDFC conducive enough.

- Reward and Recognition.
- Target Setting.
- employee retention.
- flexibility in working hours.
- employee counseling.
- carer planing.

Apart form the practices I have asked If there is anyother Innovatve HR practices are there in H.D.F.C. , then kinldy share.
