Hello,
Could someone please tell me how exactly I should go about analysing the results of a Compensation Survey? That is, comparing how the base salaries and commissions paid by one company measure up against the rest of the market? (And picking out which of the professions included in the survey are relevant to this one company before that.)
I have experience conducting statistical analysis and using Excel, but never in this particular capacity.
Thanks.

What is your role and why do you want to analyse the results? Have you already collected the data; if so have you tabulated it in Excel? Witout knowing the nature of the company in question and the nature of companies from where you have collected the dat, it is not possible to give you "sound" advice.
Have a nice day

I'll have more information when I actually start the job (in a couple of days), but could you give me some general advice for now? How should the final result of this analysis look, and what information should I look at?
