Please contact me for more info on Reflector Big Five instrument, which is exclusively developed for this purpose.
I wondered if you might point me in the direction of a technical manual on this instrument. I am familiar with variious big 5 personality tools, but I am not familiar with the Reflector.
Who created it? How long has it been in use? Which population (s) were used to create the norms for the instrument. WHat makes it diferent or better from instruments like the 15 FQ, 16 PF, OPP, etc.
In what language is the tool available.

This might be helpful in situations like personal developmental activities, career choices and evaluation of the potential for career development.

The Reflector Big Five Personality provides support by measuring the respondent on the most important personality traits, the so-called “Big Five”: instability, extraversion, openness, accommodation and conscientiousness. ?The questionnaire focuses on behaviors that people show in work situations. As a trained psychologist and a certifled Level A and B assessor from the PBS, I understand the personality testiing.
I am looking for a link to the instruments technical manual to review construction, norms, reliablity and validity information.
Either I missed it on the site or its not there.
How can I see the technical manual?
