I had done completed my MHRM, pursuing M.Phil (Labour Studies) by distance education. Currently I'm working in Manufacture Company as HR Administrator with 60 employees. I have got an offer for HR manager post in other company. But there are 1800 employees are working, so please guide what are the HR responsibilities for HR manager.
