Hi All,

I am attaching a template format of how a training calendar would and should look. The template only captures the forecast for a quarter though. You could extrapolate the same for half a year or a year if you'd like. I have seen few requests for a training calendar. Noone can give you a training calendar cos all companies require different training programs based on

a. Core competencies
b. COmpetency deficiency
c. Org Culture/ values
d. Leadership vision
e. MBO

These are different for different Org, so do not try and copy and paste another Orgs Calendar, you may end up wasting a lot of money for the Org.

If you need any help designing training calendar's for your Org, mail me. I have had prior experience setting up Training forecasts and calendar for companies like Intel in India.
