Termination of employment - the termination should carry a letter stating the reason for termination, right?
I was told that my last working day is jan 5 2024 and i shared a simple email that it is 5/1/2024. it was a termination the hr said. but they didnt provide any termination letter on this day. when i asked they said it would be shared. i dont know when. usually the termination should carry a letter stating the reason for termination right? show cause was issued in july 2023. will it be shared after fnf? the termination was due to dual employment in the past.

All my situation is like this i was given termination notice a year ago and that was a month after i reported the unlawful conduct of the company to the authorities. along with the termination notice i was suspended from work. termination decision was ok with me because such retaliation was expected of that employer even though retaliation is not allowed as per the company s code of ethics. i do not want to fight that case and i want to quit anyway. the company stopped paying me my salary also. but they are not issuing my termination letter/relieving letter and experience letter. i am not able to join another job as i am not yet relieved from my current employment. i am not able to establish by experience as i do not have my experience letter. a year has gone since suspension and yet no decision has been made with respect to termination. most of the reminders that i sent were left unanswered and once i received a reply stating that the company needs time to decide on my termination. it is not possible for me to survive without salary and without a job anymore. what are my options in this situation? can anyone help me understand what is my employment status currently & what are my rights under such a circumstance?

When the recession came they terminated me stating dual employment - which was previously cleared. what to do now?
I have done the 10 days of dual employment in the year 2021. the company was fine with this till 2023. now in 2023 when the recession came and they terminated me stating dual employment. now since then i have given multiples interview and cleared most of them. but in bgv they are getting the issue. many time i have mentioned this dual employment & termination issue at the start but hr told let s go with the interview we will see later on. after clearing all round the prebgv issue comes and then they don t pick up the phone and they don t even reply to emails. i am totally depressed. how to tackle this. if i tell the issue of "dual employment & termination" at the start then also i am not getting an offer letter. if i tell after all the technical rounds and mention "dual employment & termination" in the hr round then also there is a problem. i am losing all my hopes. kindly guide me.
