I have some idea about HR manual and I was earlier in Manufacturing industry.
Recently I switched over to IT field. Can anyone please provide a model (not the exact to copy) of HR manual used in IT industry? That is what are the variance we can put in IT field when compare to Mfg. industries?

But, I have one small doubt. Don't we have any disciplinary proceedure here in IT companies?

There will be disciplinary procedures if you set it up. The indiscipline could be towards a number of issues ranging from sexual harrassment to stealing of data. However the disciplinary procedures may not be similar to what you have in the manufacturing industry.
