Dear Lokesh Who work physically and salary less than staff average idea about 7500/ or depend on comapny policy adn you can calculate the OT like this Salary/26/8*2

Dear Praddep,
Overtime funda is decided by the applicability of the Act & therefore first examine which of the State or Central Act e.g. Factories Act, 1948, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, State Shops & Establishment Act etc. is applicable in your case & then go through OT provisions in that Act & Rules to solve your query.

Yes Sir,
As per your kind guidance I tried to get Information from Factories Act 1948, but not clarify that I needed.
Our Company is Located in Gurgaon, haryana. It is a Furniture & Fixtures Company, having Metal/Wood & Glass work.
Sir Please clear the OT Timings. like after 8 hrs working maximum how much time is allowed as O.T. as per Factories Act 1948.
And within a week and Quarter how much hours are allowed for O.T. after eight hrs. working.
