How to Structure the Salary
In what ways the salary structure can be changed which a employee benefits from getting exempted from Tax. If any one let me know the different components of salary which are exempt from tax can for part of a salary structure?

Hi!

look total CTC could be distributed in tow component like Fixed and Variable. Fixed could be upto 40% of the total CTC and rest of the 60% could be put under the variable part under differnt heads of reimbursements like petrol, telephone, cellphone, driver's salary, atire allowance, entertainment allowance.

You can, depending on suitability, have food coupons/gift coupons(only if you have annual bonus as part of the package).
