From "crystalrosification" : hello all,
there is alot of contradictory information that i found.
Please tell me am i right
casual leave - encashed , not carried foward.
Sick leave - not encashed not carried foward.
Earned leave- carried fwd and encashed.

Firstly thank you pon for the information. But also one more question can we club cl and SL/EL.
but as far as I know any Casual leave taken in excess of 3 days will be taken as earned leave being cut .

Dear Member,
Inspite of going through contradictory statements you should first decide which of the central / state enactments are applicable to your establishment for grant of CL,SL & EL & then go through the leave provisions under these Acts for grant, accumulation & encashment of leaves.
