Dear Dipak,
PF is retained by Govt., hence organization can not creat obstacles, the only concern is that employer has to attest your withdrawl forms, however, you want to avoid them, you can also get it attested through your bank manager and any gazetted officer, but you need to have your pf number, date of joining, date of leaving and if return is not submitted then you also need to attach contribution card- 3A.

bank manager or gazatted officer are only authurised to attested the withdrawl forms when establishment was closed when a establishment is in existing stage you must go to the company for withdrawl form attestation, if the attestation done by above mentioned officials the form must be sent to the company for verification. If employer is not willing to sign the same you may approach to the EPFO office where your branch is covered they will take action against the officials last but not least that NO ONE CAN HNDER U IN WITHDRAWING UR PF AMOUNT...THATS FINAL...
thanks & best regards,

Dear,
i have been through the same situation but i managed to get my money.
You are suggested to go to the PF office and ask for your PF details. If you have your PF number with you thats good, but if you dont have the PF number you can simply tell the manager at the PF office about your company/organisation. They have the list of all the employees and their entire PF records. but if you have left the organisation in the current financial year then your records will reflect in next financial year.
Else get the PF details from your organisation. use RTI.
No one can stop you from claiming your own PF.
