Hey Sudha,
You seem to have a lot of money with you. :)
You question shows you do not have any experience in Call Center. Taking calls or working in a call ce3nter doesnot mean you can start one.
You have to be a part of one of the call center to understand the in and out of it. Just investing and starting up a center will not improve your business.
Another advice to you is , incase you are starting up one, please do not start up a outbound call center. starting with a data work would be a goo doption where there is some assured money.
