thanks for the reply. i will contact my university and inform them about the mistake which has printed in syllabus. as soon as i get the reply from my university, i will inform reply you back. once again thanks. as you told when i typed in Google as GUILFORD PEOGUT, it said are you looking for GUILFORD Peugeot? i will inform the university the mistake which happened. im still shock about why other college students of MBA not en quired in university.

I think there is a confusion among two different theories..
The trait theroy of personality is given by J.P. Guilford.
Guiford has given comprehensive theory on the role of traits in personality.
and Jean Piaget gave theory for childhood developmental stages.
Please check...
Piaget thoery can be found in any of the developmental psychology text book. For that matter Any book on Cognitive Psychology will also be helpful...

Typos do occur in documents, especially with foreign names. This is all the more so when some one dictates the notes to another (communication gaps). However, teachers who have a sound knowlwdge of the topic can spot the mistake and should immediately flag the mistake to the authorities concerned.
We are lucky in this age that we have search engines such as the Google, which usually give links to pages with similar sounding names or we can search using different terms (for example "Trait theories"). That's how I got the links given in my previous post.
As you both seem to be academics, you may benefit from reading a paper at http://aera.net <link updated to site home> in which a reference is given to "How Professors develop as Teachers ...." by Peter Kugel. You can find that at http://cs.bc.edu
