You may go for "PAINTING COMPETITION" spl.type of up to IIIrd. standard with subject like HUT, Sunrising, Sunset, Villiage, Fair etc. Because I strongly believe that everyone have a kid in his soul, when we are grow & truned in adult that kid be slept. This kind of activity will riseup their kid & I think all your employees will really enjoy it.
