Dear all can anyone help me in getting the abstracts of shop & estblishment delhileavematernity equal remunaration pf esic & minimum wages act which we need to display on board hr dept under statutary compliances in organisation.
Labour appointment as trainee - rs. 7500 /- is much below the min wages for unskilled
I want to appoint few iti pass outs. but my concern is as directed by my seniors all such candidates will be called as"trainee". now we will pay rs 7500/ as monthly fixed amount without pf or esic deduction. rs. 7500 / is much below the min wages for unskilled. is this legally acceptable if not which act rule section is being contradicted. please help me with the data so that i can convince my senior as raise their pay to at least min wages. thanks
Pf & esic for the temp staff
Dear colleagues is it necessary to deduct the pf & esic of the temp staff. for eg we have some labours at our ware house & monthly we are paying them rs 4000/ as per the min wages act and over time charges. is it necessary to deduct their pf & esic from their salary in delhi? regards himanshu
Min wages in basic head
Hello i would like to know that the minimum wages should go in basic head or can we divide in basichraconveyance. in my previous company we keep min wages in basic head but in new company they divide the min wages in three category i.e. 60 min wages in basic 30 in hra & 10 in conveyance.. which is not correct as per law. also the pf ceiling is 15000 now so if we divide a salary of 20000 in above ratio the basic would be 12000. hence the employee will be mandatory in pf. if we increase the basic by 15000 then pf would be optional. so please advise how to divide the salary in different heads. thanks swati

Respected seniors i am working in a engineering organisation in gujarat. presently in gujarat min. wages rate has increased tremendously. my question is that can we split min wages in to two or three component like basic hra conv so that the net take home salary can be increased. beacuse all workers who work on a min. wages more concentrate on take home salary than what they are saving from pf graduity bonus etc. please answer me asap so that i can define the structure properly. regards aliabbas saiyed
Breakup of minimum wages for pf
Hi can any one advice on the bifurcation of min wages rs.3510 in haryana as basic 2640 hra 870 total 3510 and deduct pf only on basic i.e. rs.2640? if possible then please provide relevant ruling supporting aforesaid case. can it be possible to have any breakup of min wages basic : hra : others in any of min. wages manoj gupta
