Job enrichment as we all know is nothing but process of giving the employees a wider and higher level of scope of responsibility along with increased decision making authority ........
Now the point in question is that we all know job enrichment is considered as one of the effective tools for employe retention ...But the question is should every employee receive job enrichment???? What are the parameters he must stand correctly on to receive job enrichment???? If a wrong person is "job enriched" wont it be hazardous for the co?????

Hi,
I think the basis for this would be the performance appraisals at your organisation.
PA should be the basis on which you draw out development plans for people who according to you would be future leaders in the organisation and
these people should be given specific development plans ( job enrichment included) to take on more responsible positions in the organisation
