SALARY SLABS FOLLOWED IN IT COMPANIES

Dear All,
My name is Parikshit Roy working as an HR Executive in an IT company. I have been assigned a task of collecting information regarding the salary packages offered by various IT companies (e.g Wipro,Infosys, Patni,etc.) for different positions like:
1. Software Developer
2. Web designer
3. Business Development Executive
4. HR
5. TeamLeader/Project Leader.

Kindly help me.

Hi,

I think i have something that will help you. I too was asked to conduct such a survey and i have got a survey report by Gallup.

Check the attachment for the same.
