hi everyone... I am Manjunath. i have done my BE (regular) and Pgdba thru distance learning. I have been working for 5 years in banking industry for collections of retail assets. If you are planning to do Ph D, you should have a master's degree. You have also not mentioned what major you had taken in PGDBA. Before asking someone, ask yourself about the profession that you want to do as there are number of courses. Is this study for financial growth or mental growth? Do SWOT analysis and find the right career path.

Like Sachitra says you need to be clear about the reason for doing a PhD. What do you mean by "add value to your career"?
