~You may have Diploma in Labour Law from Indian Law Institute ( ILI) situated near Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. Evening classes are there.
Thanks for reply, but we are going to shift in Noida because my office is in Phase II and the timing is also very odd like 9.30 to 6.30, so its not possible for me. any other suggestion?

First you need to decide your zone of interest is on the Statutory based jobs of HR or Psychology based jobs of HR.

If your zone of interest is on Psychology based jobs, the best option is to do:-

Long term courses:-

* M.Sc., Psychology/Applied Psychology (correspondence course is available in many universities viz., Madras, Annamalai, Osmania etc)

* M.Sc., Counselling Psychology (correspondence course, Madras university)

* M.S. Councelling and Psychotherapy (Correspondence course, Kuvambu University)

* MSW (Master of Social Work) IGNOU/Annamalai University/

* Dip TD from ISTD. 1yr 6 months course specializing in Training and development, recognized by Central Govt. Correspondence

Short term courses:-

CRA (Certified Recruitment Analyst), CRP (Certified Retention Professional)

CTP (Certified Training Professional), Certified Comben Manager etc. These are all one month courses. There will be two days seminar at major cities of India.

In case if your Zone of Interest is statutory based, then the following courses will be useful:-

* MLM (Master of Labour Management) correspondence, Annamalai university.

* BGL/BBL/MGL /Dip in Labour Law and Administrative Law: correspondence course. Annamalai University(Pl note you cannot become an advocate by studying law through correspondence as it is not recognised by Bar Council of India. However it will help you to understand law and be a supportive qualification).
