Dear All,
i am getting some problam with PF Deduction
if Mr A,s earned Basic salary is in July month --3000rs so how we will calculate the PF deduction
on 3000*12/100 PF Amount 360
OR
6500*worked days/working days*12% =251 PF Amount
i am talking if somebody has less then 6500 rs earned basic so can we take that amount total earned amount or anything else

Dear Member,
PF contribution applicable on earned basic+DA(if any) @ 12%
Further;
It should be considered while making breakup salay, Basic+DA should comes below Minimum wages applicable for specified grade employee.
Ex- A's Basic+DA is 4500 for a month and worked for 28 days then Rs. 4200 will be treated for calculation of PF contribution. N PF will be Rs. 504.
