Dear Seniors
Hi, we have arrange a induction program & will introduce employee on the month & also who are performing well, i m going to give increment , so we are going to do this activity for the employee's motivation, i am HR executive, so can you please help me out, like what would be my speech in this.. i will be hosing this function as well there wold be 5 to7 min. of speech of mine for the HR activity also... so what would be that.. please guide me for the same, how i can start that.
