Confirm the receipt of a meeting request (PLZ HELP ME FAST)

xnitrus Started The Discussion:

hello,

I need someone to help me write an email confirming the receipt of a meeting request.

Here's the email i've recieved:

"
Subject: Technical Meeting 'X Project'
Dear x,

I hope all is well.
As agreed, kindly confirm the receipt of the meeting request.

Your contact Person: x(Project Manager) and x(Infrastructure Consultant)

Good luck,
"
They told me the date and time on the phone.
I need a short formal reply,
I'm not used to write formal emails, so any help would be appreciated

thanx

Dear xnitrus

If you can write this post, I am confident that you can surely respond appropriately to the meeting request.

Just hit the "REPLY" button on the email; and type :
"Dear Sir (or Ma'm);
This is to confirm the receipt of the meeting request; the date and time for which has been communicated to me on phone."

If you are sure to attend the meeting; you can also add the following :
"I also confirm that I shall attend the meeting.", or; "I also confirm my availability for the meeting."

Warm regards.

Greetings,

As Raj had noted , since you have already made a begining , its half done ! Do find few templates which you can edit as per your need.

E-mail message: Confirmation of meeting - Templates - Microsoft Office
Sample Letter of Meeting Confirmation | Meeting Agenda Templates

Wish you all the best !

Regards,
Nabomita
