Can anyone help give the following details on Minimum Wages in Maharashtra?
1) Our Company is situated/registered in Gondia District, Maharashtra. Am I right to choose Zone 3 for Gondia under minimum wages chart?
2) We being principal employer in Gondia and our labour contractor's registered office being Mumbai, which zone to be considered while payment of minimum wages to the labour contractor's employees Mumbai = 1 or Gondia = 3?
3) For example, the minimum wages of unskilled worker is Rs.160/day (Rs.4,800/month), what would be his net take home salary and CTC/month? Can I get a sample calculation sheet?
4) Our Company is a flying training institute. Under which "schedule of employment" do we come?
I would be thankful for an urgent response.
