Campus recruitment procedure

Dear All,

I'm new to Campus recrutiment Process in HR department. I would request you all to please send me the format of the letter that is to be sent to the Universities/.Institutes regarding the recruitment of students from their institute.

Looking forward for a response from all of you. Realaly need it.
