Reg: mail from employer for discontinuation of services
Dear hr professionals yesterday a mail from my md surprised me which said that he would like me to discontinue my services for his organisation. it all happened by my mail to hr head regarding details of faculties which i send as per her requirement. within few hours i received my mds mail saying that this is not the format he required and would like me not to continue with the job. few things surprised me: 1. without notifying me regarding the format of report they took the decision. 2. even after sending the details as per the requirement then too been told that the format is wrong. would like to know from your expertise what should i do in this case. expecting kind help from your end
Delay in joining since 3 months - trained in one of the training partners of cts
Hi got trained in one of the training partners of cts in the month of september 2018. i attended interviews in succession and got through all of them. i was promised to get an offer letter through email in the very next week of the final interview. but i didn t get. in the next few weeks all of my batch received their offer letter except me. i was really shocked. when i tried to call vendor says you will be receiving soon we keep on updating following up... its beens weeks months together but still i didn t receive any mail. even my friends got there doj but still im waiting for my welcome mail. vendor also says your mail id may be wrong if this is so i rechecked my mail with them in the very next day. i don t understand why they are saying this reason as i received my first mail from the same hr. it s been months together i m waiting. i fear that the more they delay the more my joining delays. i don t know what to do please do the needful.
Recovery against employee - ordered the wrong part from the brand due to a lack of knowledge
Dear team need advice i have worked at a private limited company for 2 years on thirdparty payroll. i resigned from my job some personal reasons after 5 months i got a mail from my previous company for a recovery amount of 250000/ i ve sent a reply mail to clarify what is recovery i have submitted my all assets nothing is pending from my side but they did not tell about the for which case recovery amount for that i have made phone calls to hr my reporting manager get meeting with my reporting manager in the office but no one has told me about the what kind of recovery is this amount they also sent recovery letter on my address that mentioned you have 250000 recoveries paid in 7 days or we will take legal action against you. i guess that one mistake happened by my hand during the work i ordered the wrong part from the brand due to a lack of knowledge or training so i sent mail and take the following up from the brand for 1 or 2 months still brand give me instructions as per there instructions i have followed the procedure but brand had charged to my previous company for that part the amount of 250000 that i guess my previous company this using against me as a recovery so please advise.

Hi i am a recruitment consultantplaced a sr.level candidate in a very reputed firm. i followed the recruitment process like screened cv and sent to the hr after getting shortlisting detail i arranged candidate s telephonic interview he got shortlist in telephonic round and hr asked me via mail to line him up for said date i followed the same and lined him up.candidate had been given confirmation for his availability via mail and telephone.as scheduled candidate has attended interview then after 2 days he called me to know the feedback of this interview .according to me process was going in flow ....but i was wrong after all this done i called to hr to take follow up but he did not attend my calls and dropped mail to me that the concern person is on leave and no one is shortlisted. after few days i got to know that interviewed candidate has been joined then i was calling calling ...to the hr but did not bother to answer me i dropped mail to get confirmation then he reverted that yes he has joined but not from your reference his has already shortlisted before telephonic interview you scheduled. please suggest what should i do i have already raised mail to ask then if he was shortlisted already then he did not confirm and ask me line him up but he did not reply

Dear sir i am working with an pvt ltd company and on probation period. now suddenly my company sent me termination letter on my personal mail id not on official mail id and she threatened me to pay the pervious salary and dues. the charges on me 1. poor performance 2. fake ta da bill making 3. not going to market. and all these are totally wrong as i have enough proof for this . please suggest me what can i do?

Dear all this is a different kind of case to handle for hr. on 4th jan 22 had given a reminder about the document submission to the employee even though nobody submitted it till the last day extend it to 3 more days but still no hence we dropped a peaceful ultimate reminder to them & received this mail from one of the employees: please find the attached documents as per the above list. it took me some time to submit the documents as some of the documents were not available on my side and also because of my busy work schedule. as a professional i have never received this type of peaceful reminder before this so i am unable to trace the positive meaning of the mail. i think our organization has a very open environment to discuss such things if the employee has forgotten such requirements. correct me if i am wrong. regards how do i respond to this kind of mail request all seniors here to guide for same?
