Hi to all, I'm fresher in hr undergoing intern in an IT solutions company, they asked me to prepare a checklist. I don't have any idea about that. I want a brief definition and method that followed to prepare a checklist.
*at the same time what factors do we have to include in that list and what not to do?
*please forward me the answers related to it as soon as possible.

It is nothing but a sheet which says what and all have to be kept ready for a new employee at his/her time of joining.
