Dear Venkat,
I have viewed your friend's CV cursorily. It is my humble opinion that your friend has not included any numbers anywhere. In CV it is always better to mention what was increased or what was increased. Any CV that does not mention numbers or measures is bound to take rejected. You may tell her to correct this anomaly.

so we have QA/QC dept
where i have forwarded her CV
So if i found any requirement

But i found the same problem with the phone no or mobile no
i suggest you to include no & address
you should also include some references
