Post Training Lock In period
Can anyone suggest if their is any industry specific best practice for post training Lock in period for people who undergo trainingwhich costs quite considerably

One step you can adopt is to let the employee sign a Bond for a period of 1 yr or 2 yr depending on the companies policy. This will ensure that there is no brain drain, and the company can also benefit from the training that has been given to the employee.

Or you can make this employee give training to other staff, which reduces the cost of sending other employees for the same training session.

Hello!! In engineering industry/manufacturing concern the bond normally is for three years for extensive training (One year) Regards KK Nair
