hi can anyone help me giving and refering some of theories in relation to training and development for my dissertation i wil be thankful

Bushra i will recoomend you to put the X and Y thory and also add the article on this cite which is Is trainning investement or a gift.

i am not sure but maybe you can include Gagne’s learning types , social learning theory........reinforcement therory..........and stuff like that

At the most general level, cognitivist, constructivist and behaviorist approaches to training come to mind.
