Complicated case on pf withdrawal - multiple companies - how to extract entire pf amount easily?
I need help from all of you to solve this problem: starting from joining of the first organization to the last employee is as follows on chronological orders : sept 2008 joined company a resigned from service feb 2011 pf account details is available with me pf account status >>pf amount not withdrawal inoperative at the moment. march 2011 joined company b resigned from service december 2011 pf account details is available with me pf account status >>pf amount not withdrawal inoperative at the moment. january 2012 company c resigned from service july 2012 pf account details is available with me pf account status >>pf amount not withdrawal inoperative at the moment. august 2012 company d resigned from service sept 2014 pf account details is available with me pf account status >>pf amount not withdrawal inoperative at the moment. this time uan service comes into the picture and having my uan number but uan number was only for this account october 2014 joined company e and resigned from service on july 2016. account status >>pf amount not withdrawal.. please note that uan is not linked with this employers before joining this company the uan supposed to link with this organization but its not done. after this service i left india and currently working in overseas therefore my uan is not linked with any other pf account except one company d. could you please suggest me how to extract entire pf amount easily. looking for your expertise in this regards.
Ex-employer is not responding to pf withdrawal request
Dear all i worked for a mnc company from 2009 to 2013. i submitted my pf account withdrawal request along with form 19 and 10c to my previous employer in jan 2014. since then i have been following up with them for my pf account settlement. but i have not got my pf amount yet. whenever i contact my employer regarding this they are saying like it is still under process working with epf office delay in epf office etc. in last six month two times i registered in epf grievance portal to check the pf withdrawal status. but i got a reply that they didnt receive any request from my employer regarding my pf account. it has been almost one year past now i dont see any progress in this. kindly suggest how to proceed further. thanks & regards balaji

I have worked in an ltd. orgz for 3 and 1/2 year and left that orgz on 16th nov.2009. now i want to withdrawal my pf and epf amount. i want to know 1 am i eligible only for pf amount and my epf amount will waste. 2 i do t have the latest slip. so how i came to know about me actual money. 3 what is my total amount of pf and epf as we have no receipt of epf amount. 4 are the receipts of pf required to shown while getting withdrawn. 5 i have to fill 2 separate form or only 1 form to withdrawal is sufficient. which form is applicable.

Dear sir i need your advice epf withdrawal taxation. my company e is rumoured to shut down & i have resigned. i worked for 15 months and want to withdraw the pf balance from company e. howeveri also transferred pf balance from previous two companies a & c to this company e. please refer details of the pf status & employment in chronological order; company name company left in time worked pf status a 2011 42 months balance transferred to e b 2012 9 months trust managed pf. amount withdrawn c 2013 11 months balance transferred to e d 2014 12 months trust managed pf. amount not transferred or withdrawn e existing co. 2015 14 months amount not transferred or withdrawn if i withdraw epf balance of company c will i be taxed during filing of income tax return ? does the previous employers mean ''immediate previous employers" ? company a & c whose pf balance was transferred to e are not immediate previous employers though the total years worked for ac & e combined is more than 5 years. am i fulfilling the 5 year norms? can i withdraw only the eps amount & keep the epf balance intact? if the organisation shuts down how can i withdraw/transfer the pf? what options are available to me? kindly advise urgently. thanks & regds shardul jani.

Hi i had worked for the psl company visakhapatnam and my pf account is given for left the company on 01/aug/12. i have submitted my pf withdrawal form19 on 02/aug/12 to my company. still i didn t receive my pf amount. on 06/12/12 i have verified my epf balance and claim status in the website epfindia for epf balance i have received the sms as epf balance in a/c no 0016668/000/0002523is ee amount 55831 er amt: 17081 as on 061012accounts updated upto 31032012 i am not able to understand the dates what is the date 06/10/12 and 31/03/12. i had worked up to 01/aug/12but how i got the date as on 06/10/12 and how come this date is less than the updated up to date 31/03/12. for claim status i have received the error message as for member id: 00166680000038787 no record found data available since last six months. data availaible from 06062012. last updated on 05122012 at 05:33 pm approval details on ppo and scheme certificates will be made available soon. please help me why i got this message wheteher my pf form19 is submitted to pf office or not. please help me how proceed to get the pf withdrawal money.i need money in very urgency. please find my details. pf number: 0016668/000/0002523 name company worked: psl limited visakhapatnam thanks in advance.
