Hi Sonal,
What kind of training module are you supposed to prepare? For which level of employees? In hospitals, as you will know, there are five distinct groups:
1. doctors
2. nurses
3. lab technicians and other medical support staff
4. cleaners/stretcher lifters/ward boys etc
5. support admin staff
If you give me more specific details it will be of help to answer.

Dear friends,

I am Sathish kumar.J, post graduate nurse administrator and educator, working at a superspeciality hospital and college of nursing, would like to leave a comment on training in hospital.

I strongly aggree with Geetha.Manohar. Even the doctors, nurses and other patient care workers also we have various levels. we are working around the clock with human beings, not a machines, so the training must not be a trail and error. The learner or workers must be trained in three domains like knowledge, attitude and skill in patient care.

Here another giant comes, the technology and quality of patient care.

Trainig,It involves multi-disciplinary team work. We must realize one thing that all the training institutions had trained during their college level so it must start from their known to unknown.

the learning activity must be evaluated followed by the demonstration then only it will be effective.

I am ready to help you to train the nurses to achieve the quality nursing care.
