If any employrr is absent for complete month & earned " 0" sal. for that month do we need to pay his contribution of MLWF?
If Yes, then from where we will have to pay kindly guide?Pls reply urgently.

3) If the employer employer through inadvertence or otherwise had no deducted, it can be made from the wages of such employee for any subsequent month with the permission in wirting to inspector appointed.
