Hi,
Please find attached HP Policy list. This was previously posted by some other member and I am reattaching the same.
You could also do a search in CiteHr , It is at the top of the page.
Use keywords like HR Policies or HR manual( a manual contains all the HR and other policies of the organization)
You will surely find a lot of information.

Hi.
I suggest don't be in a hurry to rush the management into framing new policies.
Stay cool and study their existing policies in detail. Then gently suggest changes. Make sure that whatever you suggest are a win-win situation for both the management & the staff.
Once you gain the confidence of both, then sit down to frame the policies. Then the sky is the limit.
