i m graduate and working as at ludhiana and having 8 yrs experience in management. i want to know if i m eligible for SAP HR or first i have to go for MBA.pls reply, bcoz i am offered by a company a sap hr course for 45 days and they r charging rs 25000/-.pls guide me shud i go for it? is it realy helpful for my carrier

I want to pursue a diploma(part-time) in MBA. I am confused between MBA(HR) from any one of top b-schools or MBA(IB) from IIFT,New delhi?

Please guide me. How each course can help me enter into managerial positions after completion of the course.

Note: Both the courses are related to 1-yr diploma/ certificate course.
