For developing a Policy you need to mention the Objective / Purpose behind it to start that policy, the eligibility criteria ( who is eligible), Policy and the Procedure to follow

Every company have its own rules and regulations of their needs. You need to mention the objective or purpose for develop a policy of company. But normally companies are follow to government rules.

1. You have first to know the Company Vision, Mission and Values of the Company as well as the KRA of HRD.
2. Prepare an outline of the Policies and Procedures, i.e. Recruitment - Interviewing Policy, Selection policy, Hiring
of Relatives, Employment - Probationary, Regularization, etc.
3. Check on the government mandated policy re: benefits, hiring, employee relations, retirement, etc. and
incorporate them to your HR Policy
4. Choose and make use of the right words to say to be able to get your message home.
5. Search and download from the internet because there are companies who uploaded their policies and you can
make use of it as references.

Hi Raju, If you have option then you can use software. If no such s/w available you can use excel. Many format is available in citeHR, Reg, Ashraf.

I have experience in Admin and few HR activities. I can handle employee grievances and few things very well. But I can not frame HR policies as I do not have enough knowledge of HR. But unfortunately, I did not receive any guidance from this site. So I am trying my own with help of Internet material.
