Dear Preeti & Anita,
You can include the following questions for your project:
1. What is the process of the recruitment in XYZ Company?
2. What is the maximum time for the vacant position to be closed?
3. Does the vacant position gets closed in the specific time line given?
4. How much time is required for the position to get sanctioned from the top management?
5. Is there any recruitment tracker maintained?
6. If yes then how transparent it is?
7. If no then what measures have been taken to maintain the tracker?
8. How frequent it is updated and adhered to?
These are the sample questions which you can include in your project. The rest of the questions goes so on and so forth....

Kindly see the exchange of views at The Key To Learning to realise the futility of posting short messages. Why are you searching for a questionnaire? If you are a student, where are you studying for what and what mode? I am sorry for the long standard message that folows.



Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.



If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
