Dear Friends.

I am attaching a powerpoint presentation on Competency Mapping.

i have used it for training program in my organization just to give brief about what is competency, c. mapping, how competencies are measure i.e. behavior indicators, etc.

I hope it will useful for basic information about the topic.

If anything is missing, then pllllzzzzzz, let me know. waiting for your replies / suggestions/ guidance.

This is really interesting and useful ppt. I m doing my phd in the same area of competency mapping. My topic is "role of competecny in assessing the training needs in pharma companies". Can u provide some guidance as how shud I proceed further in this topic..as it is the just the beginning of my research work.. Very well done presentation.
Only thing I'd suggest is that you hsould put less material on eah slide,-- only key points to serve as cues, not the entire text for the presenter to read out.

'Also, if you can add few graphics, it would make it more interesting.
