Dear Friend,

Thank you for valuable idea. But I made this presentation just to give brief information about competency mapping to my people, who are never come across this topic.

It took 1 and 1/2 hour for me to make compelete presentation of it and answering the questions. I will certainly make more corrective changes for betterment.

I am also in skills and competency department. I want to know what are other departments apart form training & Development where we can use competencies and skills. We only use skills and competencies in identifying training needs?

What are other activities which can or come under competencies and skills dep.
